Marketing Team Leader

Duties and Responsibilities

• Brainstorm, strategize and propose event concepts, activations and plans that are first to market
• Set, monitor, and maintain oversight of event strategy, delivery, and development
• Analyze market trends and development that may impact offline marketing activities
• Liaise with vendors/suppliers (i.e. Catering, production, etc.) to make and support the event runs smoothly
• Assists in creating and presenting programs at sales meetings and retailer presentations
• Post-event reporting (budget and costs to ensure positive ROI)
• Lead, implement and monitor brand campaign and brand communication plans to maximize effectiveness and awareness
• On screen appearance to promote and educate products and services to the market
• Monitor product quality, design and brand alignment to ensure compliance of the brand identity throughout the organization and partners
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor degree in business administration majoring in marketing or business-related field is more advantages
• At least 2-year experience in position sale or related field
• Be able to work under pressure
• Communication skills, negotiation skill in speaking
• Industry knowledge focused mainly on electricity equipment and good interpersonal
• Very flexible in high-stress situation, Strong time leadership skills
• Highly motivated and self-confident
