Sales Supervisor (Provincial)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect and make sales reports: Sales managers and business owners use this sales report to evaluate the results of various products and make accurate decisions and analyzes. Supervisors, sales leaders are responsible for these reports. If necessary, all reviewers may make presentations to inform management of the details of their reports in the Telegram system and the customer reports in the system
- Customer Complaint Resolution: Resolving customer complaints quickly is the key to promoting customer loyalty. As a sales supervisor, there is an obligation to resolve customer complaints / comments regarding the sale of a product or service
- Manage and direct retail and wholesale staff, coordinate various sales activities, including pricing and product presentation, in order to achieve the sales target, set by the company
- Manage and promote various sales activities in order to increase sales
- Sales monitoring operations of the sales and marketing information management team
- Implement a sales strategy to sell a product or services
- Manage and control the confidentiality of customer data
- Supervise marketing and sales force
- Analyze the price, sales strategy and other activities of competitors
- Other task assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in business administration majoring in marketing or business-related field is more advantages
- At least 3 years’ experience in position sale or related field
- Be able to work under pressure
- Communication skills, negotiation skill in speaking
- Industry knowledge focused mainly on electricity equipment and good interpersonal
- Very flexible in high-stress situations, Strong time leadership skills
- Highly motivated and self-confident
